Property Management
Having your property managed is an important decision to make when you are letting it on short or long-term periods or indeed it is vacant for long periods.
For short-term periods we ensure your property is fully prepared for your guests arrival and a safe place in which your guests can relax on their holiday. They will also have our contact numbers for any advice or assistance that they require during their stay. Regular cleaning and linen services are also provided for short-term stays.
Long-term lets require the assurance that your ‘tenant’ is of good credibility and is maintaining your property in the condition it was let. For this we provide ‘Tenant Contracts’ that include full property Inventory, references and arrange rental monies to be paid direct to you. We also act on your behalf to ensure the property is looked after by regular security visits to your property and act as the contact should any issues arise during their stay.
Vacant properties can lend themselves open to certain issues of disrepair, infestations, faults or damage. For this we provide our security service.
Although we recognise each property is different and you may require only some of our services we will set charges out in accordance with your requirements but give you a table below of expected costs for these. We also offer a discounted service for a ‘settling in period’ which gives you time to get to know us, and thus ensuring your confidence that your property is in the ‘safest of hands’.
